Senior Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To support a state program, the full-time hourly Senior Quality Analyst will ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and usability of digital products through thorough manual testing of web applications, collaborating across multiple project scrum teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support planning, analysis, and execution of QA activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Write, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with product managers, project managers, designers, developers, and test automation engineers to maintain high-quality service delivery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience conducting manual testing of software products
• Understanding of QA methodologies including manual, automated, integration, and performance testing
• Strong analytical skills in problem solving, test planning, and risk evaluation
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and adjust to changing project needs
• Strong documentation and test planning abilities
