Senior Quality Analyst RN-BC
Job Summary
To enhance population health and quality of care, the full-time remote Senior Quality Analyst RN-BC will define, measure, analyze, and evaluate health initiatives while mentoring team members and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in HEDIS, NCQA accreditation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead complex medical record retrieval and quality review activities for HEDIS projects and other quality initiatives
- Analyze workflow outcomes and produce actionable reports to support operational improvements and quality outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of professional experience in public health, health insurance, or management consulting
- RN-BC certification preferred
- Experience with HEDIS, NCQA, and quality improvement activities in a healthcare environment
- Proficiency in data analytics and experience with healthcare data
