Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a web development team, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will define test strategies, ensure product quality, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the QA Strategy, including governance and support plans for technical assets
• Create test materials such as test cases, scripts, and documentation while participating in defect management and issue resolution
• Drive automation testing initiatives and mentor junior QA analysts, providing technical guidance and support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with web-based testing across multiple browsers and mobile platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps
• Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans and cases
