Job Summary

Leading testing strategies for complex technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will manage test planning and execution, drive automation efforts, and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead testing strategy, planning, and execution for complex technology initiatives
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios based on business requirements
• Drive test automation efforts by identifying opportunities and supporting automated test script development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including test planning and execution
• 3+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks and maintaining automated test scripts
• 3+ years of experience using programming or scripting languages such as C#, Java, or similar technologies
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple testing priorities while delivering high-quality results
