Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to implement and manage the QA process for enterprise applications in a remote, full-time capacity, focusing on designing testing strategies, executing test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and manage the QA process, including designing testing strategies and executing test cases
- Serve as a Testing Subject Matter Expert for Enterprise Applications, particularly Oracle NetSuite and Middleware services
- Collaborate with business leaders and development teams to align on features, ensuring effective communication throughout the testing lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in QA strategy and execution for complex enterprise applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Hands-on experience with ERP, financial, inventory, and order management systems
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries to validate data ingestion and application outputs
- Strong understanding of eCommerce applications and experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders
