Senior Quality Assurance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Discovery Quality Assurance Associate (PI & Mass Tort).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final, comprehensive quality assurance reviews of discovery response packets
• Identify and document issues requiring correction, including gaps, inconsistencies, compliance issues, and drafting errors
• Apply advanced knowledge of discovery objections, responses, and best practices to shape QA standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on discovery experience in personal injury or mass tort matters
• Working knowledge of Interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs, and discovery workflows
• Proven ability to independently draft and review discovery responses end-to-end
• JD or Paralegal certificate preferred
