Senior Quality Assurance Associate

Job Summary

To support enterprise banking and cash management solutions, the contracted-to-full-time Senior Quality Assurance Associate will design and maintain automated test frameworks, execute testing for treasury systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance in a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for treasury and cash management platforms
• Execute automated and manual testing for various payment processing systems and validate end-to-end transaction flows
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to understand requirements and support testing of system integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within financial services
• Demonstrated experience testing Treasury Services and Cash Management systems
• Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, REST automation)
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
