Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for automation efforts, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Automation Developer will design, develop, and maintain an enterprise automation framework while collaborating with the DevOps team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and modernize the automation framework supporting the State's integrated healthcare eligibility system
- Provide technical leadership for automation architecture, coding standards, and best practices within the DevOps team
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and mentor automation engineers through code reviews and technical coaching
Required qualifications
- Seven years of experience designing and executing automated test solutions for large-scale enterprise applications
- Five years of experience developing automation frameworks using Java and Selenium or comparable technologies
- Three years of experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins
- Five years of experience writing SQL queries and performing database validation in support of automated testing
- Experience designing automation frameworks using object-oriented design principles and reusable architecture
