Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

Driving continuous improvement in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator will develop and maintain quality assurance programs, partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, and present business insights to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain quality assurance programs and compliance initiatives to meet quality standards
• Analyze audit results and operational performance trends to identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and cross-functional partners to support quality objectives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of training, quality assessment, or instructional design experience
• Experience in processing and/or insurance tracking in the mortgage industry
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills and general knowledge of QA systems and tools
• High School Diploma or GED
