Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to contribute to the development of software products for athletes and fans.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a core member of an autonomous team following Agile methodology
• Develop risk-based testing approaches and plans focused on user experiences
• Guide team members in quality best practices and make informed decisions on automation

Required Qualifications

• In-depth experience with testing desktop, web, and/or mobile applications
• Deep knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Gherkin, and Playwright
• Proven track record of mentoring and improving team skills
• Critical thinking about user experience and adaptability in testing approaches
• Experience implementing the test pyramid and collaborating with developers and QA
