Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to contribute to the development of software products for athletes and fans globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an autonomous team following Agile methodology to uphold and promote company values
• Create risk-based testing approaches and plans focusing on user experiences to ensure products meet user expectations
• Guide team members in quality best practices and make informed decisions on automation processes

Required Qualifications

• In-depth experience with testing desktop, web, and/or mobile applications
• Deep knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Gherkin, and Playwright
• Experience implementing the test pyramid and working collaboratively with developers and QA
• Proven track record of mentoring and improving team members' skills
• Strong focus on user experience and adaptability in testing approaches
