Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the QA process across enterprise platforms, including designing testing strategies and executing test cases
• Act as Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enterprise Applications, including Oracle NetSuite and Middleware services
• Collaborate with business leaders and development teams to ensure effective communication throughout the testing and delivery of enhancements and bug fixes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred
• Experience testing Enterprise applications, particularly Oracle NetSuite or other ERPs
• Deep understanding of Retail systems and Financial and Inventory workflows in the retail industry
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with eCommerce applications and CMS systems
