Key Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive, risk-based test strategies and advanced test plans for complex features and system releases
• Champion and standardize robust Quality Engineering practices across the organization
• Drive the design and scaling of automated test frameworks to achieve high automation coverage

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of specialized Quality Engineering experience, with 3+ years in a senior/lead capacity
• Expertise in architecting and deploying scalable test automation frameworks at an enterprise level
• Deep experience with performance engineering, load testing, and security scanning concepts
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms and their impact on deployment and testing strategies
• Exceptional ability to translate business objectives into measurable test strategies and acceptance criteria
