Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who will manage hands-on testing, test automation, and quality leadership in a remote Agile environment to ensure exceptional software quality and mitigate risks.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with developers to define and enhance testing strategies and automation frameworks
- Design, develop, and execute both automated and manual test solutions throughout the software development lifecycle
- Mentor team members on testing methodologies and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT, software development, or quality assurance, with 3-5 years in QA or test automation
- Strong experience in designing and executing manual and automated testing strategies
- Proficient in testing methodologies including functional, regression, and integration testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright
- Strong SQL skills for validating data quality and integrity
