Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

To establish and lead a new Quality Assurance function focused on insurance technology solutions, the full-time remote Senior Quality Assurance Manager will define QA strategy, processes, and tooling while managing a high-performing onshore and offshore QA team to ensure high-quality testing outcomes for client implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business objectives, building the QA function from the ground up
• Provide direct leadership of the QA team, including goal setting, performance management, and career development
• Establish standardized QA processes for test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting while implementing QA tools and automation frameworks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent QA/testing experience
• 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with 5+ years in a leadership or management role
• Proven experience building or formalizing a QA team or function
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software testing, preferably within the insurance industry
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium or Playwright
