Job Summary

Managing the quality assurance processes remotely, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Manager will oversee departmental interactions, drive improvements in quality metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally.

Key responsibilities

• Leads efforts to identify deficiencies in testing controls and develops remediation strategies
• Reports on quality assurance performance and implements improvement plans to functional leadership
• Mentors quality assurance team members and manages their performance and career development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
• 3+ years of management experience preferred
• Experience in quality assurance processes and compliance standards
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and operational efficiencies
