Senior Quality Assurance Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Quality Assurance Representative to join their RPS Setup & Maintenance team in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex quality assurance audits at the plan level according to established guidelines
• Collaborate with management to maintain quality standards and validate adherence to quality assurance controls
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to use sound judgement regarding confidential information
