Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Review delivery/shipping tickets and on-site orders for compliance with accreditation and payer regulations
Accurately process and verify documentation and orders while maintaining patient records
Identify trends in processes to improve efficiency and cost savings

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance services
Two (2) years of work-related experience for senior level, including one (1) year of exact job experience
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment
