Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and track compliance of QA plans and manage department projects
• Monitor quality indicators, evaluate QA reports, and support operational teams with escalated issues
• Act as a senior representative of Quality in meetings and mentor QA staff in technical expertise and training

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree with 7-9 years of related experience
• Certification in Quality GCP or Auditing preferred
• Specialty in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Information Technology, or Clinical Quality Assurance preferred
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and global regulations governing Clinical Research
• Strong understanding of research ethics and privacy regulations
