Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will conduct compliance monitoring, testing, and oversight to ensure adherence to laws and regulations, while documenting findings and tracking corrective actions across business functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct independent compliance monitoring and testing to evaluate adherence to applicable laws and internal requirements
• Prepare detailed documentation of testing scope, methodology, results, and conclusions for management review
• Identify compliance gaps and provide recommendations for corrective action plans to business and compliance leadership

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in compliance monitoring, testing, quality assurance, or audit roles, preferably in the financial services industry
• Experience in supporting and providing effective challenge to internal business partners and control owners
• Proven skills in documenting reviews and analyzing data to support compliance activities
