Senior Quality Assurance Tester
Job Summary
Supporting testing and quality assurance activities for Federal client digital products, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Tester will develop test strategies, manage defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and execution schedules for web enhancements and migrations
- Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing across Federal client web properties
- Log and manage defects in Jira, coordinating issue resolution with development and content teams
Required qualifications
- Experience developing test plans and conducting various testing types for web applications or CMS-based websites
- Proficiency in managing defects and test execution using Jira or similar tools
- Working knowledge of Drupal or similar CMS workflows and basic HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with Section 508/WCAG concepts and accessible digital product testing
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
