Job Summary

Leading a team of quality-focused professionals, the full-time Senior Quality Audit Manager will oversee the development and enhancement of quality assurance programs, ensuring high audit accuracy and effective identification of quality opportunities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Owns and matures the quality program framework, ensuring effective governance and monitoring of quality standards
• Partners with operational leaders to translate quality findings into actionable remediation plans and continuous improvement strategies
• Maintains professional relationships across the organization, identifying opportunities to expand quality initiatives and enhance client value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on quality management or healthcare
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience in managing people and projects
• Experience with AI applications to improve workflow efficiency and quality program execution
• Proven ability to influence behavior and drive process improvements across audit teams
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong analytical skills
