Job Summary
Leading a team of quality-focused professionals, the full-time Senior Quality Audit Manager will oversee the governance of quality standards, manage the delivery of services to clients, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, all while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Owns and matures the quality program framework, including quality controls and governance processes
- Partners with cross-functional teams to translate quality findings into actionable remediation plans
- Communicates emerging risks and remediation progress to senior leadership with appropriate urgency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on quality, healthcare, or analytics
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience managing people and projects
- Experience with AI applications to enhance workflow efficiency and quality program execution
- Proven ability to influence behavior and drive adoption of quality improvements across teams
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas
