Job Summary

Leading a team of quality-focused professionals, the full-time Senior Quality Audit Manager will develop and enhance quality assurance programs for clinical chart validation, ensuring high audit accuracy and effective governance of quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the quality program framework, including quality controls, monitoring processes, and remediation plans
• Identify early quality signals and partner with operational leaders to translate quality findings into actionable improvements
• Manage productivity goals and standards, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on quality management or healthcare
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience in quality assurance or audit operations
• Experience with AI applications to improve workflow efficiency and quality program execution
• Proven track record of influencing behavior and driving process improvements across teams
• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment
