Senior Quality Control Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with quality control standards and federal regulations, the full-time Senior Quality Control Coordinator will conduct QC activities on complex IRB and staff documentation while working remotely in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes documents for accuracy and completeness in assigned submission types
• Provides feedback to Research Services staff regarding errors and missing elements
• Models QC best practices through training and mentorship while supporting team performance initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Intermediate knowledge of federal laws and guidelines related to Human Subjects Research Protection
• Two or more years of experience in IRB, clinical research, or quality control
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Familiarity with remote communication and meeting applications such as Zoom and Slack
