Senior Quality Control Editor
Job Summary
To enhance the quality of clinical and regulatory documentation, the full-time Senior Quality Control Editor will perform detailed QC reviews, verify content accuracy, and copyedit documents while managing multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines, with a preference for candidates who can work in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed QC reviews of clinical and regulatory documents to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Copyedit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and format while troubleshooting presentation issues
- Lead special QC projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvement and training for new hires
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- At least 3 years of QC/editing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of FDA and EU requirements, ICH regulations, and ISO standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe/PDF software
- Familiarity with the AMA Manual of Style
