Job Summary

Leading a functional team within a development program, the full-time Senior Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, managing resources, and enhancing campaign development through automation and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end quality validation to ensure technical development aligns with campaign requirements
• Review strategy and program documentation to understand audience selection and segmentation criteria
• Create and maintain documentation related to program quality assurance and report findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Experience managing and implementing multiple projects
• Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers
• Experience with marketing automation and data management technologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
