Senior Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist in Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex QC data to improve process efficiency and decision-making
• Collaborate with global partners to develop data-driven strategies for quality improvement and compliance
• Lead global QC standardization initiatives and drive alignment of analytical platforms and laboratory equipment

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience with lower degrees
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing with a focus on QC data analysis
• Demonstrated leadership in digital transformation and standardization across QC systems
• Experience with LIMS, MES, and other digital QC systems for data analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in QC environments
