Senior Quality Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Quality Management department, the remote Senior Quality Data Analyst will analyze data related to HEDIS-QARR projects and pharmacy adherence initiatives, develop actionable insights, and drive quality performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze monthly rate reports to identify statistically significant trends and evaluate quality improvement projects for Medicare and state-sponsored programs
• Create reports to monitor provider and network-wide quality performance towards Medicare Stars and NYSDOH quality goals
• Perform in-depth data analyses and develop predictive models while identifying data improvement opportunities and supporting quality initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical/quantitative field; Master's Degree preferred
• 4 - 6+ years of relevant professional experience in an analytical role
• 2+ years of managed care/healthcare experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and advanced experience with relational database applications such as SAS, R, or SQL
• Experience with statistical software/programs and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools preferred
