Senior Quality Data Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Quality Data Analyst will develop reports and dashboards to support clinical and operational decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver reporting solutions based on business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, informatics, or related field
• Strong SQL expertise including database design, querying, and data manipulation
• Proficiency in business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects)
• Experience working with clinical data and healthcare systems preferred
