Senior Quality Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Clinical and Nursing System leadership, the full-time Senior Quality Data Analyst will manage data collection and analysis, lead projects for data visualization tools like Tableau, and partner with data teams to define process and outcome measures in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource in the collection and analysis of data related to clinical priority goals and process improvement projects
• Lead the development and implementation of data visualization tools, tailoring visuals for diverse audiences
• Compile analytical reports and recommend the scope and format of presentation visualizations and communications

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with project management or process improvement
• Clinical and leadership background/degree preferred
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL preferred
