Senior Quality Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who will lead quality assurance efforts and enhance testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of Whole Team Quality practices and establish quality processes aligned with Agile goals
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern frameworks, leveraging AI for optimized test coverage
• Conduct hands-on exploratory and API testing, and mentor team members on automation best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Engineering or Test Automation Development
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks using C#, Python, Java, or similar
• Strong experience with API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies for test environment management
