Senior Quality Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance for large language model-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain regression testing for reliability and clarity
• Shape and own quality approaches from discovery to release, championing risk-based practices
• Design and update test automation and tooling, collaborating with engineers on architecture and testability

Required Qualifications

• Experienced SDET with strong software engineering skills, proficient in production-quality code (ideally in C#)
• Proven ability to shape team-level quality approaches in changing environments
• Strong in exploratory testing and able to inform automation and design in complex systems
• Enjoys coaching and sharing knowledge to improve team quality mindset
• Hands-on experience testing AI/LLM features is a bonus
