Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automation testing teams, including test planning and resource allocation
• Design, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks and execute testing methodologies
• Mentor team members on testing best practices and manage defect lifecycle processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in test leadership and strategy development
• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC practices
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like qTest and HP ALM
• Strong expertise in database and backend testing, including complex SQL queries
