Senior Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Quality Engineer will enhance and extend the existing automation framework, drive automated coverage on critical paths, and build an LLM-assisted test pipeline to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Extend the automation framework to cover under-tested areas and improve its reliability for a high-velocity merge environment
• Achieve near 100% automated coverage on critical compliance paths and reduce customer-reported defects
• Develop a risk and coverage map to make quality posture visible to leadership

Required qualifications

• Experience managing a complex automation platform, including end-to-end frameworks and CI systems
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in shipping compliance-critical software affecting customer audits
• Ability to influence across multiple teams at a senior level without direct authority
• Familiarity with the cucu library is a plus
