Senior Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Quality Engineer will define and evolve AI-enabled test strategies, design automation frameworks, and execute comprehensive testing processes to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve AI-enabled test strategies and plans based on system designs and user requirements
• Design and develop automation frameworks and scripts to optimize testing coverage and defect detection
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automated testing into the delivery pipeline and drive knowledge sharing on AI-driven testing practices

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience with a strong foundation in software testing principles
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation or coding with languages such as Java, Perl, or Python
• 4+ years of experience in Agile (Scrum) and SAFe environments, including tools like JIRA and Rally
• Intermediate proficiency with relational databases and ability to write SQL queries
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset, leveraging tools to enhance testing efficiency and delivery
