Senior Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the quality strategy and test automation approach, the fully remote Senior Quality Engineer will validate web applications, APIs, and internal tools while implementing modern automation and AI-assisted testing to ensure reliable product releases.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality strategy, test automation approach, and release validation process for web applications and platform workflows
• Build and maintain automated testing coverage for UI, API, smoke, regression, and integration tests using AI-enabled QA tools
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure testable requirements and acceptance criteria before development begins

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of QA, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience building or maintaining automated tests
• Experience testing modern web applications, APIs, and business workflows
• Proficiency with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Postman
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in an Agile/Scrum environment
