Senior Quality Engineer
Job Summary
Championing quality across the Investigate & Respond product area, the full-time remote Senior Quality Engineer will manage the quality strategy, implement automated testing, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the quality strategy across functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test coverage using established frameworks
- Investigate production issues and customer-reported defects, translating findings into process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering or a closely related role
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining automated tests across API, service, and UI layers
- Experience with Python and pytest for test automation
- Strong API testing experience
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test environment management
