Senior Quality Engineer
Job Summary
Leading quality strategy and test automation for key product areas, the full-time Senior Quality Engineer will design automated test frameworks, mentor junior engineers, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own automated test frameworks across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Lead test strategy and planning for major product releases in collaboration with Engineering and Product
- Track quality metrics, surface trends, and drive systemic improvements in defect prevention
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience with deep expertise in test automation
- Expert proficiency with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, quality-first mindset
