Senior Quality Engineer Lead

Job Summary

Providing strategic and technical leadership for quality engineering across multiple product areas, the full-time Senior Quality Engineer Lead will drive the organization's quality strategy, establish modern testing frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted testing and modern quality engineering practices to improve software quality and engineering productivity
• Define and execute quality engineering strategies to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery across multiple product areas
• Establish quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing effectiveness and software quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering or software engineering
• 5+ years of experience leading Quality Engineering teams or multiple engineering initiatives
• Deep expertise in AI-assisted testing, automation architecture, and software delivery
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering operations
