Senior Quality Engineering Lead

Job Summary

As a Senior Quality Engineering Lead, the remote position is responsible for ensuring software product quality through the design, execution, and documentation of both manual and automated tests, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance software quality and effectively communicate project statuses to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the QE team's priorities while driving the adoption of automated testing
• Collaborate with QE leadership to launch and execute strategic initiatives that ensure consistent quality across projects
• Manage stakeholder communication and anticipate risks associated with change management

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of software quality assurance experience with a proven track record of quality delivery
• Experience in advancing test automation within Quality Engineering teams
• Strong leadership skills in hiring, performance management, and team development
• Proficient in using collaborative project management tools and processes (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
• Ability to manage ambiguity and proactively mitigate risks and issues
