Senior Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals, provide feedback, and recognize high performers within the team
• Lead quality initiatives, manage quality metrics, and drive compliance and process improvements
• Develop automation for REST web services, perform testing, and collaborate on quality management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program of study preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile Software Development and Test Automation
• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineering Manager
• Proficiency in SQL for database verification and functional test automation
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead in a Test Engineering context
