Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals and provide feedback for team members while managing their development
• Lead and participate in quality initiatives, reporting on quality-related metrics and compliance efforts
• Write code for test automation, perform various testing types, and collaborate on improving quality management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile Software Development and Test Automation
• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineering Manager
• Proficiency in C# and SQL for test automation and defect analysis
• Relevant post graduate qualifications and professional memberships preferred
