Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Quality Engineering Manager to oversee quality initiatives and manage a team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals and provide feedback for team members while fostering team spirit
• Lead quality initiatives and manage metrics related to quality compliance and process improvements
• Develop automation for REST web services and perform various testing types while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile Software Development and Test Automation
• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineering Manager
• Proficiency in SQL for database verification and functional test automation
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within a Test Engineering context
