Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and validate customer experiences across digital channels
• Create and manage test cases, track defects, and report quality metrics to stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline and maintain documentation for compliance

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software testing, focusing on contact center and digital channels
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS/Amazon Connect
• 3+ years of experience with Playwright for test automation
• Solid knowledge of API testing and automation
• Familiarity with test management tools like QTest and defect tracking systems
