Senior Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the quality engineering strategy for a multi-year Loyalty Transformation Program, the full-time Senior Quality Engineering Manager will define and execute quality standards, manage test cycles across various environments, and drive test automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy aligned with phased releases and activations
• Lead the planning and execution of test cycles across multiple environments, ensuring alignment with release milestones
• Drive a test automation-first approach, partnering with DevSecOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or QA leadership roles within large-scale transformation programs
• Proven experience managing quality across multi-phase releases in complex enterprise ecosystems
• Experience operating in hybrid delivery models (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks)
• Strong vendor coordination experience in outsourced or distributed delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level reporting skills
