Senior Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing a team responsible for quality assurance and testing, the full-time Senior Quality Engineering Manager will provide hands-on leadership in automation, metrics, reporting, and defect reduction across projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Quality Engineers and Business Systems Analysts on quality assurance best practices, including manual and automated testing
• Oversee quality assurance execution, metrics development, reporting, and defect tracking across organizational projects
• Develop and coordinate test strategies, plans, and reporting for software projects and applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience
• Six years of testing experience with extensive knowledge of test strategy and planning
• Proven ability to motivate and lead quality assurance teams toward high-quality product releases
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the enterprise
• Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment is a plus
