Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in healthcare, computer science, nursing, or mathematics
• 6 years of relevant experience, with equivalent work experience substituting for educational requirements
• Proficiency in data management and querying skills
• Experience with applications like Azure, Python, R, NVivo, SSIS, and VBA
• Ability to coach and develop team members
