Senior Quality Improvement Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Quality Improvement Analyst is a full-time remote position focused on managing data analysis and quality improvement initiatives in the Medicare department, requiring expertise in health plan analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple advanced quantitative and statistical analytics projects simultaneously
• Apply advanced data extraction, manipulation, and statistical analysis methods to derive insights into Health Plan performance
• Produce customer-oriented reports and communicate results effectively to internal and external audiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, health care management, decision sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of four years of work experience in an analytics role; six years preferred
• Expertise in relevant analytical methods or health care business domain may reduce time-in-position requirements
• Knowledge of medical claims terminology is beneficial
• Act 34 clearance required
