Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist Senior responsible for coordinating regulatory, accreditation, and clinical quality improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple complex initiatives to enhance health care delivery and services
  • Ensure compliance of quality improvement programs with accreditation and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct assessments of programs to refine activities and improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a clinical license, or a Master's Degree in a related health field
  • Valid state clinical license preferred
  • Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience in a clinical/health care environment
  • Three to five years of managed care experience with complex project management experience
